I have tried this method and it worked for that device MOTO G3 MOTO X2

Follow this video

download the tool :  from here

open usb debugging

install driver

open CMD TOOL from the tool

the first COMANDO = adb devices

the second COMANDO = adb shell content insert –uri content://settings/secure –bind name:s:user_setup_complete –bind value:s:1

after that go to setting and make hard reset 🙂
