نقدم لكم اليوم حل مشكلة الصوت في هاتف Redmi note 8 2021

هذا الهاتف ياتي بمعالج ميدياتك وهذا يعني انه مختلف من حيث الية عمل الدارة التي بداخله منها دارة الصوت

تعود مشكلة السبيكر في هذا الهاتف بسبب تركيب بورد سفلية من نوع كوالكم او تركيب فلاتة التي تصل بين البوردين من نوع كوالكم عل هذا الهاتف الذي ياتي بمعالج ميدياتك

وبعود هذا بسبب عدم التفريق بينهم بسبب الشبه الكبير او بسبب عدم توفر قطع جديدة لهذا الموديل

نقوم بتحلليل العطل

عند تركيب احدى هذه الفلاتات الكوالكم على ميدياتك ينخفض مستوى صوت السبكير بشكل كبير مع ارتفاع حرارة فلاتة التي تصل بين البوردين بشكل كبير جدا

ويعود السبب انه لهاتف كوالكم 6 مسارات للسبيكر على الكونكتر بينما ميدياتك له 4 مسارات على الكونكتر هذا يعني انه عند توصيل فلاتة خاصة بكوالكم  على ميدياتك نحن نقوم بعمل تماس بين المسارات وهذا هوة سبب المشكلة

ناتي الى الحل 

لو عدنا الى مخطط Redmi note 8 كوالكم

نلاحظ وجود 6 مسارات للسبيكر

اما في Redmi note 8 ميدياتك

نلاحظ وجود 4 مسارات للسبيكر

هناك مسارين داخل مربع اخضر وهناك مسارين ارضي كما هوة موضح بصورة على عكس كوالكم الذي تكون هذه لمسارات للسبيكر وايسي الصوت

وهذا يعني انه عند تركيب فلاتات كوالكم نحن نقوم بعمل تماس في المسارات كما ذكرنا سابقا

و الحل يكون في وضع فلاتات من نوع ميدياتك وفي حال عدم توفرها نقوم بعزل المسارات التالية كما هوة موضح في الصورة لمنع تلامس المسارات وتحل المشكلة بشكل كامل

This phone comes with a MediaTek processor, which means that it is different in terms of the mechanism of work of the circuit inside it, including the audio circuit
The problem of the speaker in this phone is due to the installation of a lower board of the Qualcomm type or the installation of a flex that connects the two Qualcomm boards on this phone that comes with a MediaTek processor

This is due to the lack of differentiation between them due to the great similarity or the lack of new parts for this model
We analyze the problem
When one of these Qualcomm flex is installed on your mediatek, the speaker volume drops significantly, with the high temperature of the flex that connects the two boards to a very large extent
The reason is that the Qualcomm phone has 6 tracks for the speaker on the connector, while MediaTek has 4 tracks on the connector. This means that when you connect a Qualcomm flex on your media, we make contact between the tracks and this is the cause of the problem

If we go back to the Redmi note 8 Qualcomm schematic

We note that there are 6 tracks for the speaker
As for the Redmi note 8 mediatek

We note that there are 4 tracks for the speaker
There are two lanes inside a green box, and there are two ground lanes, as shown in the image, unlike Qualcomm, which are for the speaker and audio ic.
This means that when installing Qualcomm flex, we are making contact in the tracks as we mentioned earlier
And the solution is to put mediatek-type flex, and if they are not available, we isolate the following paths as shown in the picture to prevent contact with the paths and solve the problem completely
